Project Overview
Plan North Partners managed the design, construction, and relocation of RXO’s brokerage office in Ann Arbor, MI. The nearly 18,000 SF modern office build-out took place in the iconic mile-long building known as “Domino Farms,” allowing this office to nearly double its personnel. Exceptionally long lead times for certain pieces of furniture threatened to delay the move-in date, but Plan North Partners leveraged industry relationships to collaborate a solution in order to get the office up and running on-time. Similar to RXO’s Dublin, OH office, this space features murals that give a nod to the local cityscape, as well as the University of Michigan Wolverines.
