Project Overview
Plan North Partners was again trusted to managed the relocation and construction of one of RXO’s largest brokerage offices in Dublin, OH. The over 20,000 SF modern office build-out prioritized open and flexible spaces, featuring modular furniture and agile workstations that could be rearranged to accommodate various team sizes and activities. Plan North Partners faced a tight timeline to relocate the initial office into a swing space prior to the final location being built out. Similar to RXO’s Ann Arbor office, this space features murals that give a nod to the local cityscape, as well as THE Ohio State University Buckeyes.
