Project Overview
The owner of this YogaSix franchise location in Raleigh, NC hired Plan North Partners to oversee the design and construction phases of this 2,000 SF build-out. Significant coordination was needed to balance the demands of the franchise representative, the landlord, and the general contractor, but PNP mediated the conversations that were necessary to keep the project moving forward. The scope of this build-out was relatively small for a fitness concept, though many of the elements were complex. For example, the main studio needed to be heated to a high temperature to facilitate hot yoga classes. A special HVAC system was installed that would quickly heat the room right before class and then pull the hot air out out immediately after.
