We’ll keep your project strong all the way to the finish line. We conduct walkthroughs with GCs to oversee the correction of all punch list items, making sure every detail is completed and of the highest quality.
The last thing you need is a mess at the end of your project. We’ll tidy it all up and give it to you in a pretty package. You’ll receive a Project Workbook, including guarantees, warranties, and paperwork needed from your project. We’ll help you get your certificate of occupancy and coordinate the final payment to the construction team.
